Fifth Sunday in Lent

Hello Church!
We are getting closer and closer to the most important day in the life of the Church, Easter, the resurrection day celebration. This week we will be looking at what the book of Hebrews says about Jesus. These are some mighty claims that give us freedom as a result. The text is Hebrews 5:5-10.
The worship team is going to be warmed up to take us to glory on Sunday. Prayer will be key as well. Get ready to worship as you think about this week’s service.
This Sunday we ask people to RSVP for the Maundy Thursday service meal. The meal will be gin at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall and will consist of a simple soup and bread. Then we will have our worship service.
On Easter we will have a baptism. It is not too late to talk to the Pastor if you have not been baptized and would like to do so. Just respond to this email and let me know.
We are in a glorious and life-changing season of the church. It requires that we focus on the Lord who is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. See you Sunday.
